Follow these simple steps to file your claim:
  1. 1. Notify us about your claim using any of these options:
    • Call our toll-free number: 1800 2666
    • Email us: customersupport@icicilombard.com
    • Visit our website and use the Claim Tracker
  2. 2. Submit the required documents and claim form. Once your claim is registered, you’ll receive a reference number for tracking and communication.
  3. 3. For Health and Motor claims, download the IL Take Care App.

You may need the following documents to process your claim:
  • Filled claim form and bill
  • Photos or videos of the damaged property or item
  • FIR or final police report (if applicable)
  • Repair/replacement invoices, payment proof, and quotations (if applicable)
  • Proof of value and quantity for unrepaired/unreplaced items
  • Salvage retention offer (if applicable)
  • KYC documents and NEFT details as per AML guidelines
  • Any additional documents requested by the surveyor
